Conditions concealed by finishes, contents, stored items, vegetation, water, weather, or limited access may not be observed. Further evaluation may be recommended when an accessible observation indicates a concern.
WEBSITE DISCLOSURES
This page provides general information about Watchman Inspections and the boundaries of its website descriptions. An executed inspection agreement, the property, the agreed scope, access conditions, and applicable requirements control each inspection; website information does not replace that agreement.
Website descriptions are intended to help clients understand available inspection services and how to contact Watchman. They are general information only and do not create an inspection engagement, expand an agreed scope, or promise a particular finding, outcome, or result.
Scheduling is provided through Hive Inspect, a third-party scheduling service. For questions about services, access, or scheduling, call (228) 355-7489 or email info@watchmaninspections.com.
The applicable inspection agreement identifies the property, client objectives, agreed scope, access, relevant requirements, and inspection framework. An inspection addresses visible and reasonably accessible conditions within that scope; it does not evaluate every hidden condition or every component and does not require entry into unsafe or inaccessible areas.
Conditions concealed by finishes, contents, stored items, vegetation, water, weather, or limited access may not be observed. Further evaluation may be recommended when an accessible observation indicates a concern.
An inspection is not invasive or destructive testing, engineering analysis, code-compliance certification, wind-mitigation certification, flood-elevation certification, or specialized structural testing.
An inspection cannot guarantee discovery of every defect, future performance, property value, transaction outcome, or complete protection from risk.
Thermal imaging and moisture readings may be used where appropriate as supplemental investigative tools. They are not a complete scan of every surface or readings at every location. Thermal imaging cannot see through walls, confirm hidden mold, or independently establish the cause of an anomaly.
Air-quality or mold testing involves agreed sampling and laboratory analysis. It is not automatically a comprehensive mold assessment; a laboratory result alone cannot establish safety or predict health outcomes. Pool and spa inspections, commercial services, and other specialized work likewise have agreed scopes and limitations.
Watchman provides residential inspection services, including standard residential, pre-listing, new-home warranty, limited re-inspection, condo, four-point, and multifamily or investment property inspections. Pool and spa, commercial, air-quality or mold, and other specialized services are arranged according to the property's needs and an agreed scope.
Service descriptions do not promise engineering, legal, warranty, or insurance advice or guarantees. They also do not promise a particular report conclusion, repair recommendation, coverage decision, or transaction result. Contact Watchman to discuss the property and the appropriate service.
Property and equipment images identified as illustrative are provided for visual context. They are not documentation of completed Watchman inspections, a confirmed equipment inventory, or a representation that a pictured property is in Mississippi or was inspected by Watchman.
Website imagery and service descriptions should not be read as a guarantee of any condition, result, or service outcome.
